Retained as a Senior Management Consultant for the SonyBMG Integrated Release and Supply Chain Project. This worldwide transformational project entailed the development of new global information systems and the implementation of "best practice" business processes specifically related to digital media creation and distribution. Specific responsibilities included the evaluation of label operations and project/product planning for SonyBMG owned business units, as well as the development of use-case scenarios and business requirements for key segments of the Business Process Model which serves as the basis for future systems development. .

Oversight included the development and rollout of the company’s premier line of new financial scoring products, as well as consulting with client companies regarding their overall credit and risk management exposure. Also expressed internet-published credit opinions concerning the financial stability, operating trends, and market concerns of troubled consumer electronic and music retailers.

Managed the day-to-day operations of this newly formed global record company distributed through BMG Distribution. Responsibilities were broad and varied including the creation of the initial business plan and all subsequent projections; identifying and implementing operational efficiencies; analyzing the financial and strategic impact of label ventures; developing artist/project budgets and providing margin/breakeven analysis; monitoring all marketing and promotional budget variances; implementing materials production and A&R administrative procedures; and overseeing human resources and facilities management.

Responsible for all royalty aspects of BMG owned and distributed labels including all international affiliates. Duties included the interpretation of independent label, joint venture, artist, and producer agreements, as well as the actual calculation and rendering of artist statements and royalty payments. Additional duties included financial analysis and audit rebuttal of pending litigation matters for RCA Business Affairs. Also assumed lead role in the development, testing, and implementation of the new BMG TRACS Royalty System.
