We've done this by bringing methods and technologies to the realm of real estate that were previously only seen in large scale talent and modeling agencies, along with building relationships with experienced professionals with a passion for the art of photo and video.

As the Digital Media Director, I worked directly with the Chief Creative Officer and the VP of Creative Services to direct and produce a multitude of video and photographic productions for Signature Healthcare. Serving as videographer, photographer, motion graphics animator, along with building an in-house production studio, I managed a small team of specialists responsible for motion graphics, interview, and facility tour videos used across all marketing platforms for Signature Healthcare.

Within the Learning Dept at Signature Healthcare I am responsible for creating and maintaining all digital branding and communication.This includes all aspects of media production from Pre-Production through Post-Production.Pre:I work closely with subject matter experts to find the best solution for conveying their message through a video format, including script writing assistance and development. Managing video crews, cast and talent coordination for on-site video shoots, as well as acquiring all necessary approval for location shooting and shoot management. I am responsible for the acquisition of all necessary gear, including camera equipment, lighting and sound.Production:I work closely with facilities to ensure video shoots do not interfere with day to day schedule. Gather needed video shots that coincide with prepared shot list, maintain all audio recording to ensure quality audio mix and work with talent to help them project the needed message in the most clear method possible.Post:I am responsible for all levels of post production through final delivery of product.

As the Media Developer, I was responsible for creating all the media that represents Life Adventure Center and marketing LAC to the masses. I have been told that the Life Adventure Center is the "Best kept secret in the bluegrass"... to do that I had put together and managed a team of individuals utilizing various expertise to promote the programs there.I created multiple designs in various media forms to both represent Life Adventure Center and it's partners regarding different events and programs.These forms include;Flyers/PostersPromotional materials (stickers,conference items, water bottles, etc.)Website DesignVideosEmail NewsletterPrint Newsletter2014 Program Guide BookletAfter some time at LAC, I decided that a redesign of our website was needed to allow an easier, more user friendly user experience. We also wanted to showcase the many videos that have been created by my media team.After consulting with the Program Director and Executive Director on a direction, the current site can be found at www.lifeadventurecenter.org. This site was designed by me using the Adobe Muse platform.Currently, the media team and I are in the process of filming the very first commercial for Life Adventure Center to be showcased on cable television throughout central Kentucky.

Run and manage daily operations of premier rock climbing guide service.Guide groups of varying sizes on overnight camping, multi day and single day climbing trips.Teach LNT Principles to better reduce impact on environment while climbing.Conform to AMGA standards of safety and proper climbing/belaying techniques.Manage safety of all participants to ensure highest level of satisfaction.Teach proper climbing etiquette and full belay and climbing safety. Management of all guides to ensure proper level of training and experience needed to lead groups of participants. Transportation to climbing area and knowledge of climbing area to ensure each participant feels comfortable, safe and confident with their guide and experience.Purchase and maintain all necessary equipment and gear needed for climbing and belaying, ensuring they meet the highest level of standards per determined protocols.

During my time at Zappos I appeared on camera to demonstrate various products on Zappos.com.I enjoyed my experience being responsible to mass produce quality and technically accurate product videos for numerous outdoor and clothing brands sold on Zappos.com, all done for purpose of educating buyers for better purchasing power.Throughout my time there, I was required to maintain full knowledge of current tech, latest advancements and trends of multiple outdoor and clothing brands. My responsibilities also included looking out for any potential legal issues regarding product videos, maintain in-house camera equipment and studio space according to maintenance schedules, maintain integrity and quality of product in videos for purchase by customer. I also created product descriptions that are descriptive and pertinent to audience, engaging customers without the use of a script. When not on camera, I was asked to educate Video Team Staff on latest outdoor technology and proper use for video production purposes. Assign tasks to Production Assistants as needed ensuring all products were shot in a timely manner.On occasion, post production work on said product videos was needed from me, including editing and audio enhancement. Another thing I enjoyed was the multiple voice-over work I did for videos to be used online at Zappos.com.I was also fortunate to meet great people from many different brands, hosting alongside these brand representatives in product videos for a greater product experience and various "on-location" shoots to demonstrate product abilities.
