• Managed a team of 10+ platform engineers. Measured eNPS score of 8-9 with +90% participation. This was a challenging thing due to COVID and remote work.• Created strategy, vision and roadmap document for platform work at Helpshift. This helped us reduce distractions by 80% and streamlined focus on security, compliance and stability.• Created a first 90 days for new engineering managers• Curated training and on boarding material for software interns. Created a first 90 days program for every new engineer. The process lead to training of 20+ interns. 90% of them were promoted to software engineers.• Created training material for Clojure onboarding as hiring Clojure engineers is a hard task. As it’s a niche language. Reduced the onboarding time for Clojure from 6 months to 1 month with example driven coursework. Around 40+ engineers were trained with this curriculum.• Trained and mentored 2 engineering managers. Both leading teams of 5+ engineers.• Started different peer groups for each level of seniority including engineering managers.
