As of March 2022, I was promoted as a Design Manager at 24slides. As a Design Manager I have to perform as the main leader of the team. I am currently develop more of my leadership skill as a Design Manager and I have to be the decision maker for the team as well. Also, I am responsible to facilitate the needs of team members to grow, develop, and achieve the team's goals.

In January 2021, I was appointed as a Vice Design Manager for my team.As a vice design manager, I am responsible to perform as a vice leader, as well as designer. Besides designing the slides, I also, on behalf of the Design Manager I sometimes had to distribute, analyze the workload, and monitoring the team when the Design Manager has other tasks to perform.I also ensure the projects from the team are design-proof/well-reviewed before being sent to the customer (QA)During this period of time, I was also given the opportunity and trust as an employee representative (outside the design department). A representative is someone appointed through the voting process of all employees, and voted by the CEO to represent the Employee of Malang's Office Branch. My task is to Gather all kinds of inputs, feedbacks, complaints, suggestions, ideas, and challenges from the Employees in Indonesia. And the input will be discussed on a monthly basis with the CEO directly. The result is expected to be the improvement of a condition or provide solutions for the employee's concerns.

After being a Junior Graphic Designer and mastering the skills needed for 6 months, I was then promoted as a Senior Graphic Designer. Different from being a Junior Graphic Designer who was intensively monitored by the Design Manager, as a Senior Graphic Designer, I had to manage my project with an end-to-end process in which I had to be responsible for every step of the project, starting from reviewing the project and creating the slide sample up to compiling slides before performing the initial QA process before submitting the project to the Managers.In addition, I also responsible for more capacity compared to being a Junior Graphic Designer. During this period of time. I also develop more on my designing skill, as well as my leadership skill.Moreover, I also actively participate in leading the company's Biggest Townhall/Gathering which was attended by our employees from 3 countries (Indonesia, Denmark and Peru).

Working as an Junior Graphic Designer was my first role in 24slides. During my role as a Junior designer, I was responsible to do several tasks below:1. Designing PowerPoint presentations for clients in which I had to fix up the slides, re-design, as well as redrawing the slides with the average capacity of 50 fix up slides, 12 redesign slides, and/or 6 redraw slides per day.2. I also had to master the presentation design styles such as Corporate style, Creative style, and Playful style.3. During this period of time, I also managed to develop my skills in using several design software such as PowerPoint as the main software, Photoshop, Adobe illustrator, and inDesign as the supporting software.
