Greet patients in a timely, professional and engaging manner Initiate consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn the patients’ preferences and needs Provide honest and confident feedback to patients regarding eyewear selections Provide information on the best lenses for patients’ needs and everyday life Ability to perform technical measurement and adjustments of eyewear Work as a team player to ensure each patient receives the best service possible Perform tasks including stock work, re-merchandising, display and light cleaning

Manage Customer Relationship Ensure Documentation compliance and completion. Maintain the defined quality of Customer service standards Manage the customer contact queue and customers tolerance Communicate and escalate factors that impact on customerexperience to the appropriate Airtel departments. Manage service delivery aligned to customer needs andbusiness objectives Monitor and maintain facilities Manage service delivery aligned to customer needs andbusiness objectives Drive sales in the Walk in centers Increase customer base in both prepaid and post-paidcategories Contribute to, monitor and report daily productivity on allrevenue generating activities Through contact with the customers, give feedback oncustomer reactions to products and services rendered Achieve/exceed set targets
