Manila Bulletin is the biggest, most widely circulated, and oldest continuously existing English broadsheet in the country established in 1900.Pioneered in 1996 the new Infotech section of the newspaper to cover the developments of the burgeoning ICT industry in the country, becoming the youngest IT editor in the industry. Manila Bulletin was the second national broadsheet ahead of the rest of its competitors to recognize ICT as a separate beat from the general business section. At that time, the Infotech Section was the only daily broadsheet with the most frequency (3 times per week) and page allocations for technology news.
