- Carry out administration of land regulations related to permits for Oil and Gas Exploration and Exploitation activities in Forest Areas;- Analyze the laws and regulations related to the management of BMN Upstream Oil and Gas by Regional Governments and Private Companies;- Conduct land analysis of overlapping land that occurs between forest areas and Upstream Oil and Gas operational areas;- Carry out a joint survey of oil well fields to review State Property Assets;- Manage BMN Upstream Oil and Gas Management data used by Regional Governments and Private Companies;- Draft a letter to speed up administration for the Land REXUM Team;- Create a slide deck for the management of upstream oil and gas state property;- Create Land REXUM Organizational Work Procedures as a reference for carrying out work.

- Reviewing agreement documents in accordance with legal principles;- Create legal opinions and legal drafting based on client needs and interests;- Conduct legal research and prepare memorandums, especially regarding issues of legal violations;- Prepare legal documents such as legal correspondence, briefs, appeals, and written statements;- Investigate the facts and law regarding relevant cases;- Represent the company in various seminars;- Assist senior lawyers in all legal cases;- Building communication and coordination with the various jobs handled;- Identify, manage and report company risk areas;- Lead and direct work as necessary for each project;- Provide quantitative analysis and support to projects;- Providing assistance and resolution of criminal and civil cases.
