The Spitalle Block 1D & 2C involves the construction of 25 new residential buildings with 4 floors and total height up to 14m, denominated as Module A1, Module A2, Module B1, Module B2, Module C1 and Module C2 with a total BUA 30,431 sqm. In total will be built: 1-bedroom 88 units, 2-bedroom 144 units. 3-bedroom 56 units. Total units: 288.
