The committee that I headed was created for the purpose of developing and improving the system and practice of corporate governance in the Company. Within its competence, the Committee carries out a preliminary review of the most important issues in the field of corporate governance that fall within the competence of the Board of Directors, and prepares recommendations for the Board of Directors to make appropriate decisions.

IIEGA is a new global non-profit dedicated to promoting ethical governance, integrity, and accountability worldwide.The objectives of IIEGA are:1. Research and knowledge sharing: Facilitating research on ethics, integrity, and anti-corruption, and promoting the exchange of knowledge and best practices among participating universities. This could involve collaborative research projects, joint publications, and sharing of resources.2.
