Restructured Bycicle and Fitness gear operations organisation. Managed in home delivery of large and heavy items (cycles and fitness gear) for customers like Wehkamp, Makro, Aldi and Neckerman. Managed Call and Service Center. I did set up a new 30K bicycles per month supply chain (China,Tunesia, shoplevel distribution Europawide) .

Project and Operations management; implementing Ravensburger on site 's-Heerenberg while closing down an operation in France. This project was nominated for the Logi-Match award 2007

Managed the Hartman supply chain ( Resin, Teak, Aluminium, Cushions) and the service department. Development new 35K m2 DC Transportcentre Enschede, implemented new WMS/TMS and a "pay ter tick" insourcing of personell organisation with Tempo Team, creating ultimate flexibility inbetween 15 and 200 FTE headcount.
