One notable project I worked on was analyzing the results of the Mixer bi-yearly partner survey. Our team was able to release high caliber software at scale and under insane time constraints. The Song Requests Twitch extension was one of the first extensions to accept bits directly in an extension.While at Pretzel Tech, I also oversaw customer support. I was in charge of handling feedback requests, our support queue, as well as manning our social media accounts and Discord servers. A big part of my job was handling reports from our Pretzel Rocks users when their videos or streams were muted or receiving YouTube Content ID claims, and resolving those issues within Audible Magic (Twitch) and the YouTube CMS.I also oversaw the operations of Ninety9Lives, a subsidiary of Pretzel Tech. Ninety9Lives is a record label and YouTube channel with over 1 million subscribers.
