As Design Lead, I work independently and collaboratively with internal team members. My areas of work include: branding, graphics, communications, interactive design, project design strategy and development for print media, mobile device, and digital delivery.My responsibilities include:- Work requiring invention, imagination, originality and high level design expertise in the development of visual elements relating to: eLearning courses, Flash animation, printed and online publications, training presentations, and Information graphics- Redesigning presentations developed by client teams or outside contract personnel- Supervision and training of freelance or contract design personnel as needed- Mobile and web design, from icons to sitemaps and navigational models, for a range of devices.- Provide design expertise and assistance in the management of the corporate website- Marketing collateral design: demos, presentations, and animations for Sales Enablement- Creation, modification and maintenance of internal and client Learning Management Systems
