General Manager in charge of operations, finance, building management and visitor services. Managing a team of four Visitor Services staff and volunteers and a Finance Assistant. Developing the beautiful shop, which won Best Small Museum shop in 2020 from the Association of Cultural Enterprise. Working closely with Trustees on the Finance and Income Generation Committee to develop, manage and report on all finances for the Museum, including preparing the annual accounts; payroll; VAT returns, fundraising reporting, annual budgets and cashflows. As part of managing the architect-designed building, I took on the role of Treasurer to the South East Museums Facility Manager's Forum.

Fabrica is a visual arts organisation based in a former Regency church in the heart of Brighton that commissions installations specific to the building, www.fabrica.org.uk/about. I worked closely with the two Co-Directors and other team members to manage finance, budgets, HR and contracts. I also managed two Interreg IV European projects, Time and Place, www.timeandplaceproject.org and Woad/Waide, www.blue-waide.eu. I liaised closely with partners in France and England, overseeing the delivery of the project programmes, evaluating the outcomes, managing the complex budgets and reporting to the Interreg managing authority. At Fabrica I also oversaw the delivery of cross-border activities such as artist residencies, conferences and research trips.

Developed funding bids, monitored budgets and outputs, evaluated and reported to funders. Sales & Marketing: Oversaw sales, marketing and digital development. Line-managed Sales & Marketing Manager. Administration: Oversaw all administration and line-managed Administrator.
