Oversaw and processed bookkeeping, reconciliations, petty cash, and payroll. Fundraising: led on fundraising strategy, managed ACE relationship, prepared and submitted annual review. Developed funding bids, monitored budgets and outputs, evaluated and reported to funders. Sales & Marketing: Oversaw sales, marketing and digital development. Line-managed Sales & Marketing Manager. Administration: Oversaw all administration and line-managed Administrator.
