With over 15 years of experience as an architect, artist, educator, and leader, I am the founder of CONSTRUYE NY, the nexus for qualified Latino construction workers in New York and abroad. My mission is to empower and unite this community by providing them with the skills, opportunities, and resources they need to succeed and thrive in their industry.I am also the CEO and owner of REDSTRUCTURE STUDIO, an independent consulting service that offers architectural design, documentation, rendering, and pre-design studies for various projects and clients. Additionally, I am an artist at Marco Aurelio Artist, where I create and showcase commissioned and personal artworks, including portraits, landscape paintings, abstract design, and organic and geometric drawings. I hold an AIA certification and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cuenca.
