Presales Engineer
CurrentWorking as a Presales engineer with the sales team (Sales Representatives, Account Managers and Channel partners) in a pre- sales role to qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities.■ Key Responsibilities:• Attend client meetings and develop potential lead by advising the best suited solutions to address the customer pain.• Opportunity qualification and approvals.• Identify client requirements: technical and business requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and existing infrastructure, technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams).• Designing and planning multivendor Enterprise network solutions.• Preparing technical proposals for wired & wireless network solutions, Firewalls, Network Security, NAC Solutions.• Perform site surveys and prepare required documentations, finalizing the scope of work for all the projects.• Performing wireless Active, Passive & Predictive surveys (Ekahau, Huawei wlan planner).• Generate BOQ, design HLD, prepare PoC for clients, register deal with vendor, vendor engagements and solution finalization.• Generate BoQs Using Cisco CCW configuration tool, Huawei SCT tool.• Partner with Sales Team to respond to RFP/RFQs from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions.• Professional Assessment to sales team on proposing the clients solutions to customers.• Build and maintain good partnership and relation with all vendors.• Work with Project team to ensure successful delivery of project.• Participate in the Project kick-off meetings to explain the scope of work and assumptions.• Provide the implementation team with necessary documentation for the successful completion of the project (including BoQ, HLD disagrams, Project Plan documents).
