As a graduate registered pharmacist with nearly five years of experience in the pharmaceutical marketing sector in Bangladesh, I possess a strong understanding of the industry and a commitment to improving healthcare through innovative solutions.At Square Pharmaceuticals Limited, I worked as a Product Executive in the strategic marketing department for over two years and seven months, where I was responsible for launching five new products and implementing successful sales training, doctor engagement programs, market visits, market segmentation, and digital marketing activities. My contributions played a vital role in driving the company's growth and reputation for quality and innovation. During my tenure, I also managed eight different brands, including the no.1 brand in the generic market, Adovas.Motivated by my passion for digital health, I joined Radiant Pharmaceuticals Limited as a Senior Executive of Digital Medico Marketing, where I spearheaded the establishment of a new department that has become one of the most critical and innovative parts of Radiant's marketing wing. Under my guidance, the department has initiated several first-of-its-kind projects, including social media marketing, telemedicine, telepharmacy, website, webpage, SEO, app development, and other interconnected tools to promote the brand and support patients. These projects have helped Radiant expand its reach and improve access to healthcare for people across Bangladesh.To further enhance my knowledge, I joined the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), the world's largest pharmaceutical organization. As a member of the FIP for over two years, I was assigned to the Manager of the Social Media Platform, where I worked closely with global digital health experts to advance digital health and promote its integration into the healthcare system. In this role, I have gained a deep understanding of the potential of digital health technology to transform healthcare and improve patient outcomes. As an official trainer on digital health for the International Pharmaceuticals federation, I have spoken at various events, both in Bangladesh and globally, to share my knowledge and promote the use of digital health technology. I am the first Bangladeshi pharmacist who is actively involved in the International Pharmaceuticals federation.My ultimate goal as a pharmacist and pharmaceutical marketer is to establish digital health as an essential part of healthcare in Bangladesh and lead the way in advancing healthcare through innovative solutions.
