Project Manager within the Government Services Division of Cask, focused on providing transformative, optimized ServiceNow based solutions for federal, state, and local government agencies.Since joining Cask, I have been working full-time as a Project Manager – in a SAFe Agile project management environment - on a large ServiceNow program with a federal government agency As a Project Manager, reporting to the Program Manager, I directly supported not only the assigned Cask project team, but also the customer’s program leadership team. My roles and responsibilities have been varied, but have included:• Managed the project’s Risk Issue Decision Action Request Changes (RIDAC) and provided status updates to customer program leadership.• Facilitated various project related meetings and team meetings, including but not limited to; (a) daily program stand-up meetings, (b) weekly project status meetings, (c) project team stand-up meetings, etc. • Organized and led the program’s Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM) initiative, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up to the quarterly SRM meetings with customer Business Owners and other stakeholders.• Managed the transition of the support and knowledge transfer from a previous ServiceNow contractor to the Cask team, for a ServiceNow HR related solution.• Assisted in monthly invoice preparation and submission.• Assisted in the development and ongoing management of Epics, Features, and Stories for multiple ServiceNow development teams.• Served temporarily as a Product Owner for a ServiceNow ITxM development team.• Utilized a variety of software tools, including; (a) Smartsheet, (b) MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Visio, LucidChart, ServiceNow SAFe module, Google Docs, MS Teams, and Zoom.• Prepared and presented executive level presentations to customer leadership and stakeholders.• Produced program related process documentation, as well as product overview documentation.

Working in a contractor/consulting role, I was the Program Director for the implementation and rollout of a $12 million enterprise-wide eClinicalWorks Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for a large, multi-state pediatric physician practice.Although my time in this role was brief (approximately 2 months), I was able to quickly insert myself into what was a failing project and was able to successfully implement fundamental changes that drastically improved the trajectory of the project. This assessment was shared by members of the leadership of this very large practice and organization.In my role as Program Director, I provided overall project management leadership, which included establishment and facilitation of seven (7) workstream-based project workgroups; (a) Technology, (b) Education and Training, (c) Communications, (d) Software Testing, (e) Interfaces, (f) Data Migration, and (g) Activation and Go LIVE Planning.

In my role as IT Program Manager, I was the primary UMMS project manager for the implementation and rollout of the Infor Supply Chain Management (SCM) system across the UMMS enterprise. I started right after Wave1 of the UMMS entities went LIVE, and was in this role for the entire, and successful, process of bringing Wave 2 of the UMMS entities LIVE on the system. When my position was eliminated due to restructuring, we were one month into Wave 3.• In my role as IT Program Manager, I provided overall project management and coordination to the Infor Supply Chain Management system implementation. I worked closely with UMMS stakeholders as well as third party entities (consultants, third party vendors, etc.). In the role, assisted in the development and ongoing management of the project plan and timeline – to ensure all tasks were completed on time so that the planned Go LIVE date was met. • Regarding the project management aspect of my role, we utilized the Smartsheet project management and collaboration software. Within Smartsheet, we maintained all project management related documentation – (a) project plan, (b) project timeline, (c) meeting schedules, agendas, and notes (d) education and training related documentation, (e) pre- and post-Go LIVE issues log, (f) risk register, (g) assumptions log, (h) stakeholders and contacts lists, etc. Since all stakeholders were provided at least View Only access, we were able to use Smartsheet as an effective collaboration tool as well.• Facilitated the monthly UMMS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Steering Committee meetings, as well as numerous recurring and non-recurring project related meetings.• Provided initial organization and development of the UMMS ERP User Design Centers (UDCs), which were created to provide monthly forums for Infor ERP users to review and make decisions on end user submitted optimization requests.

Since April 2016, I have been engaged on a near full-time basis with Care Compass Network (CCN), a New York State DSRIP PPS organization located in Binghamton, NY. In this consulting role, I have been primarily assisting CCN with technology evaluation and selection processes - developing and distributing RFPs, managing evaluation and selection processes, and playing active role in the technology decision-making process. Technologies include; (a) Population Health Management platforms, (b) Care Management/Coordination platforms, (c) ambulatory and LTC/SNF EMRs, (d) and telehealth platforms and services.In 2015, I was actively engaged with the New Mexico Department of Health in support of their CMS State Innovation Model (SIM) initiative. Scope of work completed included; (a) high level assessment of the state HIE - New Mexico Health Information Collaborative and (b) state-wide health IT environmental scan and readiness assessment, including a diverse selection of key healthcare provider and community based services organizations.
