Redza is principal and owner of Clandestine Product Development. Founded in 2008 (as Produktworks Design) out of a desire to 'never having to work for someone again', he has discovered that he's quite good at 'this entrepreneurship thing' and is thankful that clients are continuously inquiring about developing great products with his firm.He has 20+ years of engineering, manufacturing and project management experience and despite the protestations, knows good industrial design when he sees it. He prides himself on his people management skills although in truth, his employees see him as an evil, evil taskmaster. Our clients seem to like that about him. Redza has a wide variety of product development experience in consumer and commercial electronics, medical devices, industrial/automotive equipment and various other technology products. He is listed as a co-inventor on several US, World and European patents. He is not above printing every one out and hanging them up in his house. He is a frequent guest speaker/panelist for numerous organizations and educational institutions. He has given talks on product development and entrepreneurship for the City of Austin's Small Business Development Program, Texas State University, St. Michael's Catholic Academy, Austin Inventors and Entrepreneurs Association, The Ann Richards School and his alma maters, National Junior College (Singapore) and The University of Texas at Austin. As penance for abandoning a traditional career path for the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, he never says no when asked to give a talk. Really, just ask him.
