My responsibility is arrangement of cooperation agreements and fulfillment of them by the highest service standarts. As well under my competence is company's budget formating & performance; team building & training; constant process and fleet auditing.Company also has part of fleet which is making internation transportation from West Europe (Germany, Benelux countries) to Russia and Byelorussia & back. We transport such products as:-petrol;-glycerin;-glycol;-monoetanoloamyn;-dyetilenglycol and others.My responsibility is to widen the range of clients and partners, find out new logistic ways of products transportation and checking of them.

Company (at that moment the name of company was "SP Transit Vilnius") was saved from bancruptcy. Previous MD quit and took together nearly whole team and few key abroad partners. Due to that company was near to collapse because of left big losses, indefinite future and mess in activities. Per 6 month situation was stabilised, gathered nearly fully new team, restored trust in creditors eyes & company started to make profit again.

I was responsible for warehouse activities (inside processes organisation and outside- related to transport department). Per this period were done a lot of important works like:-merging of 5 warehouses in 5 towns in Lithuania from 2 separate owners to one unit;-organisation of effective process inside warehouse with "bottle neck" method;-re-engineering of working process in central warehouse to serve 2 region areas by "cross-docking" after closing of 2 local warehouses;-WMS (warehouse managing system) selection, working with consultants;-creation of integrated process line "warehouse+transport" & implementation, development;-full responsibility for costs related with warehousing process.
