Details below: Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)Enterprise application integration (EAI) is an integration framework composed of a collection of technologies and services which form a middleware to enable integration of systems and applications across an enterprise – Wikipedia.This role involves integrating various applications and frameworks within the Enterprise, from the modern to the legacy ones and from one domain to another. It also includes brand new application development to complement other manual business processes and workflows. The objective is to make all these complicated applications and frameworks transparent to the enterprise end users and provide them with seamless enterprise application experience and in turn, massively reducing the cycle time, resources and cost in executing the current enterprise processes and workflows.Various modern tools, technologies and approaches are used in order to meet this objective. Refer to the attached document for the strategies and implementation used and some work in progress. Customer QualityContinuously measuring the Customer Satisfaction and Expectations in technical projects with the main objective to exceed. This role requires a lot of strategic thinking, development methodologies, technologies and emotional intelligence merged together on a project to project basis for good Customer Experience throughout. Product QualityProduct Quality Department, managing a large group of test managers, leaders and engineers (50+).
