•Lead shipment planning & management process accurately & on time with detailed information to be reported with assertiveness to ensure compliance and total customer satisfaction.•Overall formation and outgoing side weekly KPI monitoring and reporting that includes manpower arrangement, process defect trend and improvements, machine efficiency, shipment and warehouse goods planning and execution, WIP inventory status and progress, process 5S cleanliness and safety control plan.•Product and WIP Inventory monitoring system and product flow improvement activity to ensure smooth inventory control focusing on ‘first in first out’ product management; - Reduce inventory from 1.5mil to below 50k by establishing daily inventory first in first out management flow and standardize product FIFO to 1.5 days control.•Packing material planning and management based on product assembly & outgoing shipment plan to achieve optimum usage and reduce wastage.•SOP improvement activity by eliminating human related error and reduce slipthru to next process by improving inspection control point and process flow.•Appearance defect reduction project achievement below 200ppm by establishing task force team and focusing on DMAIC method analysis and PDCA control plan as preventive measures.•Been to China and Vietnam for cell analysis on packer side regarding defect occurrence and collaborate with Yield Engineering and QC department for short term & long-term solution. •Process abnormal occurrence improvement and control by using Six Step solving method, 5 Why analysis and 4M1E method.
