I am very motivated to help others succeed, and in turn I believe that we can both have an effect on other people's lives. In my experience, it is a personal imperative to take pride in your work - be it for yourself or your company. :)It also means that you are always learning something new, but at the same time being a strong advocate for what your company is doing.
