This is my current role where I am shaping and moving the product forward at Disciple. As soon as I was offered the opportunity I jumped onto it. At Disciple we are building a new era of passion economy communities.

My Role as Junior Production Manager meant that I had acquired a great deal of knowledge and understanding of the Disciple Product. Due to the growing company and a need to expand the product team I had the opportunity to move into the Product Team as a Product specialist. This role meant that I would liaise with Customers and between different teams to answer questions, help with configurations, manage product releases and communications across the wider company and beyond. Disciple being a start up, this also gave me the opportunity to pick up some work from the Product Manager from time to time.

Disciple gave me a great opportunity to move into the role Junior Production Manager. This was a change for me but something I was excited to start. This role meant to customers would come into the company and I would work with them to build their iOS and Android application. This meant me creating and managing the configuration as well and managing their App updates and releases through the app stores.

Working closely with the Marketing team to assist on Social Media Management, Deck creation using Photoshop, Video Editing for Case studies and Social posts and doing competitor analysis. Generally a great opportunity for me to apply my previous skills acquired through University and College.

Helping out and working closely we the production team to try and help out wherever possible. While being at Imagination I got some amazing opportunities to get hands on with many projects but my main focus was assisting with the Launch was the Jaguar F Pace for Jaguar Land Rover.
