Throughout my time with the guys at Geo Lens Data Solutions, based in South Africa I worked on a handful of different projects each with a different challenge and goal. Utilising my experience working with the WordPress CMS, I created a role-secured dashboard site for my first project and helped with the migration from the development environment to the main domain upon completion.I also had the opportunity to use my skills with front-end technologies like Javascript to help confirm that a different way of handling data may be more efficient. By using Google App Scripts, I was able to show that data could be displayed within Google Sheets automatically via Webhooks and that this could be key in displaying data and automating reporting.
