I am responsible for undertaking the planning and design of all Virgin Media network elements (fibre, HFC, copper and transmission) on the Access Network for diversionary works and new build growth. I am currently working on Project lightning, which is the biggest investment in the UK’s digital infrastructure for over a decade, with a £3bn programme to extend the broadband network to connect millions of homes and businesses.

Tasked with acting as an intermediary between planning, head office teams and the Build Engineer teams, with regards to design, technical specifications and budgetary requirements of Civils works,I was responsible for ensuring all projects are on schedule, working collaboratively with local authorities, utilities and other external stakeholders such as utilities and police. Coordinating our compliance of works / projects within our network expansion providing expertise in the design, technical specifications and best practice transfer in support of Civils works adhering to contractual, legislative, specification and budgetary requirements.

Assisting the Warehouse Manager in maintaining the smooth operation of a fast moving environment. Responsible for the day to day management of people within the warehouse function, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures. Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the warehouse.
