Promoted from Team Member to Supervisor within Empire Cinema High Wycombe where additional roles were introduced such as maintaining stock levels and assisting customers with issues and complaints. This is in addition to the day to day operations in a retail environment of organising a team to efficiently prepare screens for the next viewing in fast pace situations.
