I work alongside contractors and within teams on various commercial housing projects, ensuring the landscape is aligned with the client’s requirements and is of a high-quality standard. I perform duties such as plan interpretation, managing, supervising, advising and training junior team members.My select contributions: All customer care issues that arise come straight to me, from meeting with the site managers or home owners, surveying the work requested, pricing and assigning the work to either contractors or our own team. Meeting with surveyors to make sure they are happy with the work we’ve provided and pricing extra work that has been requested. Doing audits to sites for our clients to make sure all work provided has been finished and nothing has been missed. Assisting the contract manager with all need from visiting sites making sure selected area are ready to be landscaped, placing orders, making job sheets and assigning them to one of our teams. Serving as Team Leader on a number of projects, carrying out the management and collaboration with teams, and making sure team members complied to health and safety regulations. Served as Site Manager for a Sang project, ensuring contractor's attendance on assigned dates and that they were properly inducted, and made sure that RAMS were signed. Ensuring the site’s security, provision of welfare, and health & safety adherence. I set out the plan’s tasks for contractors to do and assisted them wherever possible.

My main responsibilities here included briefing the team on project expectations and methods to complete work in the best way possible. I liaised with the client, employer, and project manager on decision-making. I ensured that the correct tools and equipment were available. Making use of skills such as brickwork, block work, laying resin, stonework (all aspects), cobbles, laying turf, planting, decision making, and advising and training of team members.

I recruited candidates within artificial intelligence, web development, gaming, and app development. The experience gained within this role supplied me with a great deal of knowledge and practical experience regarding approaching individuals within other industries.

I sourced potential suppliers through networking at trade shows and online searches.
