I am Chartered Mineral Surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer and work within the Minerals and Waste Department at Gerald Eve. I specialise in delivering expert guidance to operators, landlords (both Private and Public), and lending institutions across the UK. My focus spans various aspects of the Minerals and Waste sector, including business rates management and mitigation, agency, valuation, lease consultancy, estate management, and compensation matters.I've successfully valued a diverse range of specialist property types for purposes such as loan security, compensation, accounts, capital valuation, and disposals/acquisitions. While the majority of my work has been concentrated in the UK, I have also undertaken valuations of mineral properties in the Republic of Ireland and Mainland Europe.A significant aspect of my role involves advising on the disposals of former quarries and landfills, contributing to sustainable development initiatives and strategic planning.I provide advice to Trade Associations, including the Mineral Products Association (MPA) and Ceramics UK (formerly the British Ceramic Confederation (BCC)). ,
