My main job role working for Tesco is that i replenish the stock on the shelf's as well as giving great customer service to the customers i dealing with. However during my time working there i have become multi-skilled in many different roles and departments. some of these departments are as follows, Bakery, Stock Control, Checkouts ,Backdoor and Warehouse as well as many more. Everyday throughout my shift i am always using Computers and IT, weather it being the desktop terminals situated through out the store to get labels or print of the waste reports , or it being a PDA where i can get the prices of a product for a customer, reduce the price of products down, scan the waste or stock transfers in and out of the store. IT plays a big part in my job for everyday tasks and challenges
