My role has enabled me to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new clients daily, fostering trust and ensuring long-term partnerships. Additionally, I leverage insights from organizational behavior to enhance sales strategies and drive client engagement.

The Push-Up Foundation Houston is a non-profit organization to raise awareness about colon cancer. My father, Keith Rollins, was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer back in early 2020. My family and I want to spread awareness of this treatable disease. Over the years, I've orchestrated impactful marketing events, spearheaded website development initiatives, cultivated relationships with philanthropists, and executed successful social media promotional campaigns.

While completing my Master's of Business Administration, I was given the opportunity to learn from the marketing masterminds here at UMHB as a graduate assistant. During my time here, I have been assigned social media management, promotional events, marketing development, etc.

My roles within this work environment are broken down into two categories. The first is excellent customer satisfaction. Daily, I communicate with customers regarding pricing, their child's health, and safety. The other half of my job was marketing. I marketed business information, products, and services. This included various social media marketing & event facilitation. Also, handled Client’s financials promptly (digitally and in person) and interacted with new customers daily with appropriate correspondence to their wants and needs.

During my time at Northwestern Mutual, I was praised due to my high work ethic and divergent thinking. Created personalized financial plans, which included all aspects of life. Also, creatively outsourced clients through the use of various social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Changing the perspective from financial growth to serving/helping families of all demographics increased my drive and focus on the prospective consumer.

At Womble Co. I was a shipping and receiving and tally clerk. Some tasks included helping maintain customers' inventory correctly, providing customers with production documents, and maintaining excellent customer service
