Dr. Gould Lab. Determining the method of appearance of kdr (knockdown resistance) mutations related to insecticide resistance in Aedes aegypti (mosquito) through sequencing analysis.

Provides customers with bowling services, which includes: shoe rentals, bowling equipment maintenance, ample cleaning and disinfection, system operations, etc. Coordinated with establishment owner to organize, conduct, and finance leagues and tournaments. Schedules and hosted parties and events for customers.

Weekly routine creation of sourdough starters with modified mediums (concentration of NaCl.) Streaked finished products after a week of growth to select colonies for further studies. Prepared PCR samples and conducted sanger sequencing.
