As a research assistant, my responsibilities include completing service evaluations to ensure they meet required standards and identify areas for improvement, collecting and analysing data using statistical methods for research purposes, and administering studies to ensure they are carried out according to protocol and timelines. Additionally, I have attended parole hearings to provide necessary support and contribute to the decision-making process, and perform various additional tasks as needed to support the research team and project goals.

As a guide in EE, my role involves selling mobile phones, assisting customers with selecting the right devices and plans to meet their needs. I also handle signal issues, providing solutions and support to ensure optimal connectivity. Additionally, I sell broadband services, helping customers choose and set up the best internet options for their homes. My aim is to provide exceptional service and support in all aspects of mobile and broadband services.
