• Tasked with starting a desk from scratch which quickly grew into one of the biggest NGL firms in the world• Over five years, brokered billions of barrels across the entire NGL barrel (ethane, propane, normal butane, isobutane and natural gasoline / condensate), gasoline, distillate, brent crude, WTI crude, natural gas, natural gas basis, physical freight and financial freight• Deep knowledge of both the domestic markets (Mont Belvieu, Texas; Conway, Kansas) and international markets (Europe, Saudi CP and the Far East); including understanding of arbitrage trades, basis trades, quality trades, substitution trades and value-added trades. • Managed a desk that had 500 individual clients, over 200 companies, in 35 countries across 5 continents • Extensive relationships across the entire energy industry including producers, midstream companies, petrochemical companies, merchant trading firms, retailers, international freight companies, hedge funds and arbitrage firms
