This role expanded my knowledge on print media including invites, business cards and other promotional material. Most client work was creating bespoke wedding invites or business cards. But I also had the opportunity to design a honey label. Thanks to my hard work and dedication, my proudest moment was being asked by the two owners at the time to design their wedding invite.

This role focused on maintaining clients social media accounts. Including content creation, schedule posting and working out strategies to build customer interactions.

Brisbane

I helped the lead co-ordinator for the Brisbane group organise events. During our event nights I helped out with setting up, directing people to our table and making sure everyone felt welcomed. I was also the connection between QUT and TDK, giving announcements at lectures and spreading the word to class mates.

Maintaining a high standard of customer service, helping them with any problems they may have, usually asking about brands or materials. I always took the initiative to learn about each brand, to further understand and pitch what I was selling. I was in a sales focused role, which involves cash handling, consumer transactions, and phone orders. I also did the general cleaning of clothing rails, and till counting at closing time.
