Weston Super Mare

During my part time role at Weston college, I worked as pat of a small team liaising with students enrolled on the 14-16 school link course. This meant producing detailed reports on students progress, attitudes toward learning, attendance logging and student safeguarding. There was also students with 1-2-1 classroom support needs of I was responsible for meeting. Students needs varied from maths tutor due to severe dyslexia, to giving advice to students regarding family dilemmas (including parental divides and relationships). The reason I left was due the financial demand for a full time role.
