General bar duties at festivals and music events:- Setting up the bar before service, including loading stock- Repacking unsold stock and wiping down after service- Serving customers- Checking IDs

- Accurately fulfilling orders in high pressure, fast paced environments- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels to ensure product availability- Operating tills and performing cash reconciliation- Managing small bar teams- Supporting colleges to maintain a smooth service and customer satisfaction

- Leading the design and development of an internal CRM system in .NET Core resulting in reduced administration overheads cutting business costs and streamlining staff workflow- Introduced database migrations and modularity of application components to speed up development, make testing easier, and dramatically improve the reliability of the final product- Modelling real world problems to produce effective and extendable database schemas

- Assisted with assembly work- Using initiative to identify and tackle potential problems minimising production stoppages- Moving and organising pallets of stock to enable efficient restocking of the production line

- Collaberating with customers to determine requirements- Adapting products to changes in customer requirements- Working in an agile methodology: ticketing work and participating in daily stand ups- Utilising a variety of technologies (C/C++, CMake, Bash, Windows, Linux), and learning new ones as required (like CMake), to produce a solution that best fit the customers needs- Contributing to team projects by adding code to existing code bases, conforming to standards and coding styles- Analysing exting products in order to upgrade them so they are better able to meet customer needs- Implementing well known protocols (SOCKS 4 & 5) in accordance with their public standards- Reviewing code written by team members are providing constructive feedback- Speeding up development by employing automated testing and building tools such as gtest and Jenkins
