Ever since I have entered the workforce, I have concentrated on one main thing; making sure that my clients, no matter who they are, are properly taken care of. I have always thought it important to make sure that people feel like they have a voice. That their concerns are heard thoroughly. This has definitely helped in my current position within the Life & Health business. I can empathize with members and give them best options on benefits and claims. As well, admins have come to trust me to take care of any issues that may arise. This has also given me the opportunity to help new hires with their training and onboarding process. I help not only train them for their roll in the office, but also for duties that extend the office setting. I frequently attend Open Enrollment meetings and benefit fairs, as well as renewal meetings, so I have the opportunity to meet with our clients and members face to face. Throughout the years, I have become the main point of contact for many of our clients. This has greatly helped ease my transition into becoming an account manager. To this day, I still believe that world-class customer service should be the main block of any company.
