Creative Director - Digital Experience Team, Innovation Labs

Create and develop websites, user interfaces, mobile sites, and email campaigns. Research and implementation of latest web trends and strategies. Troubleshoot problem accounts. Web testing & quality assurance. Conceptualize new web solutions for clients needs.

Supervise Creative Design team with a focus on customer satisfaction, project profitability by ensuring high quality & timely delivery of work. Oversee career development of creative design resources.Manage the day-to-day department workload. Maintain regular production reports & balance of work for design resources. Communicate potential production delays, identify opportunities to retool & upgrade department resources.Provide artistic, creative guidance/support to design resources. Foster a 'knowledge-share' work environment to encourage collaboration and skill development among design resources.Schedule and lead weekly team meetings, follow through on action-items & collaborative projects (internal & external) that result from meetings and/or collaborations.Seek out new processes for better communication, efficiency & collaboration throughout the design team & function as liaison with other departments.Develop and manage training, goal-setting, & personal growth plans for team & individual resources with cooperation from Creative Director. Work directly with CD to devise strategy & design responsibilities for set client list & projects (internal & external). Initiate new business development initiatives.

• Responsible for managing multiple creative projects from concept through execution. This includes campaigns for print, direct marketing, point of purchase, web advertising, web-site development, directing photo-shoots, conceiving and reviewing art mechanicals, receiving and approving proofs, coordinating vendor schedules• Responsible for providing vendors with job instructions and printing specs• Manage studio supply purchasing/budget and equipment standards

· Design and layout of conference programs and learning guidebooks, collaborated with Editors, Copywriters, and Photographers to produce graphic layouts for catalogs and other advertising media · Developed concepts and executed program campaigns for national education forums

· Manage and develop multiple projects from conception through execution. This includes, but not limited to: Creating ad insertions for print and web advertisements, conceiving corporate marks, copywriting, conceptualizing and executing visuals for cross-platform use · Oversee client expectations through the development of project timetables, budgets, sales support, and vendor specificationsTECHNOLOGY InDesign, QuarkXpress, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, ImageReady, GoLive, Streamline, Acrobat, Flightcheck, Word, Powerpoint.
