Provided strategic and tactical communications to forces operating in the Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia areas. Led a team of 500+ Sailors, Civilians and contractors in operating a 9000 seat Navy Enterprise network for Europe and Africa covering 15 locations in 5 countries. Operated a DoD Teleport facility providing mission critical satellite communications to Navy, Air Force, and Army units across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Managed $12M operating budget for $1B of infrastructure assets. Ensured cybersecurity readiness of all systems and earned the highest score ever achieved by a Navy unit during a cyber security inspection.

Supervised formulation of DoD cybersecurity policy, DoD-level cybersecurity programs, 130 staff, and strategic oversight of $3.4 billion cybersecurity budget.

Capturing, Planning, and displaying information utilized at the operational level of war for decisionmakers. Also served as the Sea-based Battle Lab Coordinator to bring mature technologies onboard for testing in an operational environment at sea.

Brought first web-based email service online for NPS. Assisted with developing new relational student database and developed the first automated pay stub program that delivered timely Leave and Earning statements (pay stubs) to military personnel at the school. This served as a prototype that was later adapted by DoD and is in use today. Achieved significant cost savings in reduction of paper usage and man-hours of printing and stuffing envelopes.
