Thank you for viewing my profile.I am a passionate storyteller in the mediums of film and motion graphics. I love to educate as much as entertain and am constantly striving to learn and refine strategies, structures, skills and tricks to inspire and excite. I think that conceptual development is one of my strongest points yet I know that I have so much more to learn in this department.I have invested years into motion graphics as I believe this is becoming a dominant skill in entertainment media. As the hardware moves ever closer to VR, the UX meta will trend towards motion and static assets will no longer meet the standard. I am also investing time into 3D modelling and animation to meet this new frontier.I also have an interest in web design and development however my experience has lead me to specialise in other areas. However, I am always hungry to learn new skills and would relish the opportunity to delve deeply into this space.I love to work in teams and believe that artful organisational structuring is the key to success for any project. Sometimes my skills have lead me to work alone but I perform best in a team and much prefer to compete as such, either in leadership or supporting roles.Running a small business requires excellent project management and communication skills. Time management can be difficult for multiple concurrent clients who all need to feel like they take priority. I'm practiced at deploying a balance of negotiation, rapport-building and expectation management which has allowed me to budget and set deadlines effectively.
