In addition to VoIP, I have deployed, managed, and supported a wide array of broadband services and business network environments, in many small and large companies. This includes on and off-site deployments. I’m accustomed to DrayTek hardware and its functional capabilities, along with how to deploy similar functionality using other vendor hardware. From an IT standpoint, I also solely manage our RMM solution which takes care of hundreds of our customer's endpoints. I am responsible for ensuring the platform automatically rectifies common issues and applies updates using custom policies and scripts I have implemented. With an expanded skillset on computer hardware, I have also promptly diagnosed and resolved countless errors for customer systems.Finally, in the background of all this, I have taken on regular sales for the company on the fly as well as brought in new business. With new business to the company, I have also project managed many onboarding and deployment jobs, delegating work to colleagues as well as managing timeframes for required work. In this role, I was responsible for, answering calls from customers and partner companies, taking customer bookings from online, phone calls and E-mails. In addition, I was also responsible for till balance management, company social media management, scheduling social media posts and refilling the citrus water dispensers. I was the client facing member of staff, and I learned valuable telephone communication skills from this role.
