My career as a Human Resource (HR) Professional is in the True Generalist capacity involving managing at a national level for both HR and Work Health & Safety (WHS) across the full employee lifecycle. I have worked in a variety of HR environments requiring knowledge and training around enterprise agreements within local government and health services, and specific industry awards within the private sectors. I actively seek opportunities to increase my capabilities within the support functionalities whether by further education within the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) training platform or sourcing my own upskilling courses to make sure I stay up to date with the rapidly changing support environments. An overview of my HR specific experience involves, support system implementation and integration, providing mandatory training requirements across the whole organisation, compliance management and policy and procedure creation, conducting investigations and running disciplinary meetings, advising on IR/ER matters to all levels of the workplace, return to work coordination and employee management, just to name a few. I am degree qualified in Management focused in human resources with several years managerial experience in various roles to add to my skill set. My communication style is friendly, open and honest making me easy to get along with and I have the ability to learn and adapt to others. As a HR Professional, I am career driven and focus on success in the role.
