As the General Manager, I manage 60 direct and indirect reports whilst overseeing the performance of the business through staff guidance, leadership, governance, effective systems of work, and continuous improvement initiatives. Some of my achievements include:The development and implementation of a Learning Management System that complements the WHS system and allows staff to consume training content in an online environment on demand. As a result, the staff are empowered with a wealth of relevant knowledge accessible in real-timeI steered and navigated the business through the pandemic whilst addressing the uncertainties impacting the business, demonstrating the ability to lead during challenging times by remaining agile, resilient, and problem-solving.

As the operations manager, I was responsible for Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne's branches where glaziers were employed, including directing the branch managers. I contributed to the business's growth through the successful execution of more projects and the conversion of new opportunities. Furthermore, I oversaw all performance aspects of the branches, including systems of work, quotes, invoices, recruitment, performance management, ICT, fleet management and initiatives to improve business processes. Some of my achievements included: 2018 I designed and strategically deployed a new WHS app to AS4801 in the Salesforce platform to manage safety and create an embedded culture. 2017, I formulated a team to develop a new operating system - Salesforce with Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL). This project was a big leap into the future of technology and field service and revolutionised how our field staff received and communicated information to and from the office. I designed and deployed scheduling software, ensuring the right resource skill, time, and area were automatically selected. 2016, I led a team of ten staff on a special project that involved fitting window safety devices in NSW strata complexes. I designed and aligned software to streamline the operation for a successful project outcome.

As the Project Manager, I managed four teams of four commercial glaziers, delivering glazing solutions to complex architectural projects. Furthermore, I liaised with architects and suppliers to produce desired results on time, utilising technologies such as CAD and CNC processing to minimise risks.

As the Commercial Glazing Team Leader, I led two teams of four technicians, liaising with suppliers, contractors, and clients, and delivered projects within strict timeframes.
