I am a senior corporate and equity capital markets lawyer, with extensive transactional experience in IPOs, public and private capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and restructures. My broad experience includes applying knowledge of the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules, as well as advising on governance, stakeholder management, employee share and option plans, and general commercial issues. My work has covered the life sciences, technology, telecommunications, food and agribusiness, construction, engineering, and renewables sectors. My clients include multinational corporations, ASX listed companies and early stage companies with high growth potential.I am a long-term supporter of the Australian start-up community, with particular interests in technology and life sciences, and am regularly called on to present on the legal issues relevant to these industries.I am consistently rated as a leading capital markets and corporate and M&A lawyer by the market and my clients.
