I recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business. I enjoy finance because it entails a good balance between working analytically with numbers and utilizing conceptual knowledge. My primary interest is in building and analyzing cash flow models for real estate investments. I participated in the Utah Real Estate Challenge (UREC) during the spring 2023 semester. The UREC gave me meaningful experience working with people from other facets of development, together we created a proposal for a multi use project in the SLC Ballpark district. I am a co-founder and former president of the Disc Golf Club at The University of Utah. In my time with the club we have grown from just a small group of friends to a group of about 15 people interested in taking the club to the next level and competing as a team.Outside of school I enjoy many different recreational activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, camping, and disc golf.
