For over 20 years, Usability System/Alucid Solution created and brought to market industry-leading technology and system integration services to domestic and International corporations, government and academic institutions.Responsibilities included: • Product direction; roadmap and market needs for new integrated A/V systems and software products. • Managed vendor relations; negotiated discounts, new equipment evaluations, purchasing procedures, etc… • Created and implemented International Business Partner Program, partnered with multiple international institutions to resell, and support product line. • Managed multi-level system integration process which included client system evaluations prior to installation. • Managed international system installations projects (team logistics, shipping/customs, onsite procurement, customer relations, etc…) • Managed A/V system integration team; sales personnel, project manager, technicians, accounting, and client relations.
