Reed is a money connector for alternative investments including CoLiving, Built For Rent, Small Multfamily projects and other alternative investments. Prior to becoming a coliving investor, Reed was a realtor and aspiring entrepreneur across the real estate and the wellness space. Reed's background prior to real estate consisted of getting his MBA through the University of Florida's Entrepreneurship program and running one of the largest collegiate fitness programs in the country while in his Grad Program. While success has not been a straight path, Reed persevered through 3 start-ups and with many lessons learned along the way, he continued to flood himself with real estate investing courses, books and seminars until a few years ago when he started house-hacking his first co-living properties, and he was hooked.
