As a manager, I oversee daily operations and maintain facility safety and rescue equipment.-Create the work schedule for 70 lifeguards per week-Open/close the facility-Ensure that rescue and emergency equipment is operational-Greet/check-in patrons as they enter the facilityAs an Instructor, I train new lifeguards and prepare them for possible life-saving scenarios including:-Instruct participants on patron surveillance-Deep and shallow water rescues-Emergency extrication from the water-Stabilization of the head and neck for spinal injuries-Resuscitation of non-responsive victims-Basic post-rescue care-First Aid and Oxygen Administration
