After graduating high school from Zumbrota - Mazeppa, I attended Winona State University. I received a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice: Law Enforcement. During my time at Winona State I received Dean's List honors during 6 semesters, and was awarded Cum Laude honors upon graduating in December 2015. After graduation, I attended the law enforcement skills program at Rochester Community and Technical College in the spring of 2016. I successfully completed all training and graduated in May 2016.In 2017 I started a career at Enterprise Holdings / Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I began my career as a Management Trainee. I was able to learn the business and achieve a great deal of personal growth in regards to sales, customer service, marketing, and the day to day operations of the branch. I was promoted to a Management Assistant in 2018, and then again to Assistant Manager or the Rochester/Winona locations in 2019. In both of these positions I experienced a great deal of success both with my personal sales and service metrics, and along with my team as well. The branch was continuously at the top of the rankings in the state of Minnesota for our customer service. I was able to help develop a number of employees to achieve similar sales success and be rewarded with promotions of their own. By the summer of 2022, I helped lead my team to 40% year-over-year growth, and I was managing a fleet of 380 vehicles.In 2023 I was promoted to Branch Manager of the Enterprise and National brands at the Rochester International Airport.I left my position with Enterprise in June of 2023, to pursue a career with the Minnesota Judicial Branch. I am currently employed as a Court Operations Associate with the Third Judicial District in Olmsted County.
