- Maintains StanCERA’s pension management system, MS-SQL databases, and website- Maintains the organization’s various virtual application servers- Develops ad-hoc reporting solutions utilizing direct SQL queries, Python, and Crystal Reports- Provides helpdesk support and staff training- Provides IT asset research, procurement, and inventory- Main point of contact for the county information services provider and IT resource vendors

- Developed online survey instruments and reporting tools for various university departments- Created basic statistical reports, crosstabs, measures of central tendency, and quartiles- Acted as project manager, designer, developer, and maintainer of an online, campus-wide,course evaluation system utilizing HTML, DOM, jQuery, ASP, and Python via IIS 6- Streamlined various departmental data related tasks via scripting and automation- Continuously formatted and submitted data to national reporting agencies
